Justine & Guillaume

I photographed this lovely rustic wedding in the Picardie countryside, in the north-west of France.

Justine and Guillaume decided to marry in Justine's village, close to her family who lives in this charming region. She got ready at her mom's house, before the civil ceremony, which took place in the town hall. We then walked just outside the village to a field surrounded by trees and a small lake, a beautiful setting for their laic ceremony.

After the ceremony, we stayed around the lake for cocktail hour, and enjoyed the sunny afternoon in this beautiful place. It was the perfect time for me to take candid pictures of the guests and group photos of the bridal and groom party.

At night, after dinner, the guests started taking control of the dance floor in the reception room of the village, and danced until dawn.

It was a beautiful, intimate wedding, with the bride and groom enjoying every moment with their family and closest friends.
