Food Photography

Why should I, as a business, get PROFESSIONAL pictures of my food taken?

There’s a good chance you already know how important your menu is. You’ve probably worked on it for days and designed it strategically. You’ve made it a point to draw attention to the right items to encourage more revenue and increased efficiency in the kitchen.

But no description will ever do the food justice – which is a shmae, especially if your chef works hard to make every plate look appetizing and beautiful.

Great photography creates a good first impression. When your business presents itself in a professional manner, your prospects and customers will begin to perceive you in the way you intended. You leave nothing to chance. Whether it’s in your menu or on your website, beautiful photos have a way of demonstrating credibility and professionalism.

Professional food photography also drives more sales. When people land on your website and see what you have to offer, and it looks like you’ve got exactly what they want, they will definitely come to your restaurant.

Plus, the world is getting smaller by the day. How will you appeal to international customers who may not even speak your language? The answer is simple – with pictures!

My goal is to help you give a very high value to what you prepare every day for your customers.

Food photography is the combination of two of my passions : photography and eating.

I started doing photography professionally by photographing small events, but also the delicious food my mother-in-law prepares on a daily basis. She is a caterer and I love taking pictures of her amazing dishes so she can advertise her talents and services on social media.

I also took pictures of food-related events, such as the Indonesian Pop-up Kitchen, a great initiative launched by a small group of cooking enthusiasts who wants to introduce Portuguese people to asian food.

Available in Portugal, France and the rest of Europe on request.
