 How would describe your style?

My style is a mix of documentary storytelling and romantic portraiture.

My goal as a photographer is to capture the unique atmosphere and emotion of each event and wedding. I always try to blend in to document what's naturally happening, without too much direction or posing. Your wedding is a personal story about you and your relationship with the people you love, this is what I want to capture in the most natural and artistic way possible.

In term of the actual look of my photos, I deliver both color and black and white. I like moody, more toned-down colors rather than overly exposed and saturated tones. 

Do you do engagement or pre-wedding sessions?

Yes, absolutely, I love to do engagement sessions. It's a great way to get to know each other before the big day. It also allows you to grow more confortable with me and the way I work and to get stunning pictures.

It is also a good opportunity to make pictures which — due to various reasons, mostly lack of time — are impossible to do during your big day. This could be anything from a photoshoot on the beach, to a walk in a park you love, or simply catching a beautiful sunset at the right spot.

Those sessions can be done in any place you love (travel expenses may apply).

Should we meet in person for a coffee before the wedding?

It is not mandatory but if you wish to meet me, I would happily grab a coffee with you to discuss your big day and what you expect from me as a photographer.

When do you start documenting our day?

It depends on the package you chose, but I like starting to document when the bride is getting ready. I also love to be there in the welcome dinner, so I can get to know your guests before the wedding day.

How many hours of coverage to choose?

When considering the number of hours for which to book a photographer, please make sure they include all the moments of the wedding that are important for you.

8/9 hours will include the ceremony, the cocktail, the cutting of the cake. If you also want the party and your dancing guests documented, then I suggest you book at least 10 hours.

A 12 hour booking will guarantee, that you’ll have everything covered. From the bride getting ready to the cake cutting, the fireworks and the guests dancing at the party — all of it will be captured till the last minute. If you wish to have a complete account of your wedding — that is the right choice for you.

Do you need a photography list?

Wedding days are hectic and go by really fast, so if there are group pictures you really want and details that are important to capture, please let me know before the wedding.

If you have some surprises and events planned for your guests (fireworks, activities,...), let me know the program of the day in advance so I can be ready to capture everything.

Do you take wedding day posed group portraits?

Those pictures are important to some couples and family members to remember this amazing day, so we can discuss it before the wedding to make sure I get lovely pictures of all your VIPs.

What is a first look?

I am a firm believer in the first look, a very intimate moment when the bride and groom see each other for the first time after hours of getting ready. It allows portraits to be taken before the ceremony starts, and gives couples the freedom to later enjoy the cocktail hour without being pulled away from their loved ones for photographs.

If we are running late, will you stay longer than scheduled?

Of course! I do have an overtime rate in case you need me to stay a bit longer. It goes in effect with your permission and approval that you want me to continue the coverage.

Do we have to feed you during the wedding?

That would be great! I love taking a bit of time off my feet to seat with your guests and eat the same delicious food they're eating. After a full day of working and running around camera in hand, it is a greatly appreciated treat. Also, I am a very sociable person and I will be glad to chat with your guests.

Do you photograph destination or elopement weddings?

ABSOLUTELY! I love to travel, discover new places and document unique moments. Let me know about your project and I will help you get the most from your destination.

How long does it take to get the edited pictures ?

Depending on how many weddings/events I have to edit, it can vary, but we will discuss this before the wedding so I can give you an idea of how long it will take.

I always give a preview within a week so you can start sharing the pictures with your family and on social media, and then edit the rest of the pictures throughout the next few weeks.

Do you edit all the images?

Yes, of course! I select, correct and fine-tune every image I deliver to you for a beautiful, cohesive collection to remember your day by.

How many images will we receive?

Honestly, I am a serial shooter so the quantity can vary, but depending on the length of the coverage, anywhere between 800 to 1 500 professionally edited images for the full day (depending on the coverage you chose).

How will you give us the pictures?

I create a private an online album, from which you can share the high quality pictures with your guests. You can also download the photos in high quality to share them online and print them.

How can we share our images of the wedding?

After the wedding, I know you will be looking forward to share your images, which is why I try to give you a preview as soon as possible. Once they are uploaded in the album, you can easily share the link I will send you with your guests, which will let them see and download all the pictures they want.

I do not put a watermark on my photos, but if you want to share them on social media, please remember to tag my Facebook page / Instagram on the picture and add a link in the description.
